Ten years ago, I made notes based on information from Uncle Nghia. Initially, the land purchased in Duc Trong, Lam Dong, had a total area of ​​53,053 m² and a total purchase price of 3.265 billion VND.

In reality, however, only 17,127 m² held official land title deeds, while the remaining area was covered only by handwritten documents.

Uncle Nghia attempted to secure official titles for the plots held under handwritten documents, but so far, he has been unsuccessful.
